lyrics

rejeitas a liberdade,
confundes medo com amor
e ainda ousas pedir justiça.

("La paloma se murió, señores aqui presentes")

Amigo,
desejo-te as melhoras.
Estás doente, a chorar teus disparates.
Onde vês cristos existem satanazes.
jantas com quem aprecia almoçar-te.

A tua vida corre ao abismo
e levas contigo a vida do meu filho?!
Para agora!

Reflete sobre os teus mitos,
salva-te ao abrigo do poema.

Tu confundes opinião com notícia
e por via daquela beijas a mão do teu carrasco.
Pois bem, amigo do fáscio,
mantém-te agastado
e a História há de entregar-te
ao hospício ou à polícia.

("Que parabienes tristes
tengo que cantar yo")

To the Fascist's Friend

The journalism that informs you
turns opinions into news
You declaim the bible
whether those opinions weren’t appropriate
to the priest of your favorite church
or lead to jail your populist leader.

You disguise your problems with masochist hysteria
you feel beautiful as you languish in ignorance.
You run away from therapy and pleasure,
Disapprove liberty,
Take love out of fear,
and you even dare to claim for justice.

("The pigeon is dead, gentlemen here present")

Dear, I wish you the improvements
You are diseased, crying nonsenses.
Where you see ‘christs’ dwells ‘satans’.
You dine with who relishes to lunch you.

Your life slides to the abyss
And you want to take my son’s life with you?
Stop now!
Reflect on your myths,
save yourself under the poem.

You confuse opinions with information
and through them you kiss the your torturer's hand.
Very well, fascist’s friend,
keep yourself angry
and you will be delivered by History to a hospice
or to the police.

("What a sad thought
I have to sing")
